Make sure, that the new community folder isn’t encrypted. Encrypted file-/foldernames are displayed red by default in the Windows Explorer.
I have a related but probably different issue with this topic. I had my community folder working for 2 or 3 months now, however since last Saturday all the subfolders (Navigraph & scenary add on EHHV) did not work anymore. From my POV nothing has changed, but I can’t get this community folder working again. Hello, good morning, I need help, I have a problem with the community folder. The simulator was recently updated but after the update it unlied the community folder with the simulator, as if my addons that I had installed had disappeared. I tried in several ways and I still couldn’t, I reinstalled the simulator and I couldn’t, I also recreated the folder and nothing. I tried again but the “Packages” folder had been replaced by “TempMirror” inside that folder it contained the community folder but although I added the addons I wanted they were not linked to the simulator, that is, they did not appear.
Do you know if I did something wrong?

There is a bug trying to move the packages folder within the sim.
Open your UserCfg.opt file and scroll all the way to the bottom.
Edit the last line to point to the path you want your packages folder moved to like I did. Your community folder will also be in the directory you point to. You might want to rename your community folder to community.bak before you do this.

Make sure that’s the only line. If there is another line referencing the path then delete it.
You can delete that temp folder.
Start the sim and all should be good
