Community folder scenery is not showing up after 1.14.5.0 update

Since update to 1.14.5.0 none of my community folder scenery is showing up. I’ve removed it all and restarted then shutdown and added back in - no show.
Any help appreciated.
Version through the MS Store
Thanks in anticipation

If you have a look in C:\Users\ (Your user name) \AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache for the file “content.xml” and open it with a text editor (like notepad), then it should list the scenery that MSFS is loading.

Ideally it should be listing the contents from the official onestore directory first and then any scenery packages in the community folder.

There is no problem in deleting that file and MSFS will rebuild it on the next launch of the app. (I tend to rebuild this after major updates with the community folder empty first- to allow official content to populate that file first. I then close the sim and add stuff to the community folder and relaunch the app to allow the community folder packages to be added.)

In the same directory is another file called “UserCfg.opt”. That file can also be opened with a text editor and at the bottom there is a line which reads “InstalledPackagesPath …”
It may be worth checking that your Community folder is placed in that directory as well.

Yes I believe it is the rebuild process after an update. That makes sense. They were showing in my Content section in the sim but then not there all there when running the sim. Importantly they weren’t all there and some were, so I guess it just has to rebuild. Next time I’ll move content out of the community folder before update, then move back in
