Content Manager:
I want you to display the ones that are not in the “UP TO DATE” state first.
It’s a hassle to check every time you upgrade.
Same here. Content list is becoming bigger and bigger and there needs to put some order in there.
I also want the option to let you know when new content is available.
I’m surprised there isn’t a filter in the Content Manager to show only things that have an update available, official packages, etc. And yeah, a notification on the main menu of available updates would be useful. I rarely think to open it.
Some of the design decisions like this are truly baffling from a usability perspective
I vote for better filter options in the content manager, too!

yep, would be nice to have that, but an easy workaround currently is to click on the ‘select all’ check-box in the top left of the screen. Then you can download/install all packages that need it with 2 mouseclicks.
Had the same thought myself, would be a great addition.
Yes filtering options would be nice. You can however Toggle All and see whether any of them need an update or not. If any do, the total of all of them added together will show. I do this after every patch now.
Great ideas in this thread. Thanks to the OP for getting it started!
Moderators- can this be moved to the wishlist section so that it can be voted on. Or merged with one that is already in the wish list section?
Good idea. We need this and it should be straightforward to add.
Great idea! I think many of us would up-vote this wish.
