Crash every 5-6 hours

Hey guys,
the FS2020 does crash after 5-6 hours playtime. No driver timeout or such thing, just a quick crash and back to Desktop without any error message.

The event viewer says →

Do you guys know if this is a issue on my end or just regular game issues ?
Thanks in advance

Specs :
5950X
6900XT
64GB Flare X 4000Mhz
B550 Aorus Elite v2
SN850 2TB
Windows 10 19044.1586
Radeon 22.3.1

This might help a few hours

Unfortunately not. In my case the game crashes completely. No FPS drops.
Temperatures are also fine.
CPU 50-70 degrees
GPU Hot-Spot 70-80 degrees

Using Pushback Toolbar 1.4.0 ?
There were a few reports of CTD.
Fixed now, 1.4.1 is ready to d/l today.

How did you know ?
I was using 1.3.1 an didnt updated since September last year. Do you think this might be the issue ?

perhaps, update it for sure. New version is sweet!

Is it not due overheating?

The 0xc0000005 error could be a dozen different things. For me it was mod conflicts. For months I stopped using any mods except addon aircraft, and my stability returned. My worst period was when flying the Arrow with both the 750, and 530 mods installed at the same time. It would randomly crash at any time during the flight, even if I didn’t flip between the two GPS units.

Along with that I also stopped using any external flight tracking software, as I believe LNM was causing that. I also disabled terrain caching. My sim is very stable now.

@hobanagerik
Thanks for you post. Im gonna remove all of my outdated community mods and give it a shot.
It will take a long time though since the game only crashes randomly after hours and hours of gaming. Sometimes it takes up to 10 hours…

Temps are fine. I always use Afterburner to monitor my system data.

To give you an idea of the timescales I tested over, I ran with minimal mods for nearly three months, and had established a solid baseline of stability for my sim.

All I ran were planes, Navigraph, the plugin to allow SPAD to use LVAR’s, and that was about it. I then started to add things back in slowly. But the things I still didn’t put back were running both the 530/750 mods at the same time, and flight tracking in LNM.

For the latter, I had enjoyed a really good run of stability, nearly a month without a crash. On one group flight for some reason I decided to enable LNM flight following. I forgot to turn it off, and I crashed while on the same flight, probably within half an hour I expect. I’ve not used it since.

I still use LNM to create plans, convert them etc., but I don’t touch the flight following. Oddly Skypark doesn’t cause these crashes, and flight following works without issue.
