ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Flightsimulator has been running without issues since the last update. Now on launch i get the error code 0xc0000005

I have updated to the latest driver. I have also updated windows to the latest version.

:white_check_mark: I can confirm the exact same issue.
My system: Windows 11 24H2 / RTX 4080 SUPER / Driver 576.52 / MSFS version 1.38.2.0

:repeat_button: Issue: The sim consistently crashes on launch after Sim Update 15.

:collision: Error in Event Viewer:
Faulting module: 190_E658703.dll_unloaded
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Driver version: 576.52.0 (latest NVIDIA driver)

:puzzle_piece: After checking crash logs, the faulty file was:
C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA\NGX\models\sl_common_0\versions\132874\files\190_E658703.dll

:white_check_mark: Temporary solution (working):
I manually deleted this file.
After that, MSFS launched successfully again, even with DX11 mode.

:memo: Note: The issue seems related to NVIDIA NGX modules (used by DLSS or Reflex).

Please escalate this to the dev team or NVIDIA. The crash is very consistent and seems tied to NGX injection behavior.

I managed to get the sim working again after some trial and error including a file check through the the windows xbox app and renaming the community file so that there isnt addons and then everytime i launched the sim i had different file errors.

What worked was I kept my community file renamed to something the sim wont recognize. Then did a uninstall followed by a reinstall. After that i launched the sim and it worked. I then renamed my community file back to its original name and then launched it again with no issues.

I think the update maybe caused some file issues or corrupted some files. Fresh reinstall fixed them.
