Crash to desktop with and error message 0x00007ff

Brief description of the issue:
the issue is occurring at various times during flight start, middle or end. I get an error message that reads something like “the instructions at 0x00007ff referenced memory error” I have 16gb of memory or is this a graphics memory issue? Or is it a bug that requires a fix?

have you already increased the Windows Virtual Memory ?
( e.g 4Gig Min and 20Gig Max , or simple a fixed value of Min/Max 20 , possible is also Max 30 )
