I assume for beta its better to report issues here:
otherwise its not comparable and the assumption in normal categories is that the usage of non-beta ( I assume 
).
I can not say much about these nvidia issue, because I not had any issue. But I also made no special settings in nvidia controll center and I have HAGS disable since ages, it was just never real stable ( in my opinion ). At least nvidia mentioned in changelog they have fixed two issue related to MSFS.
If the new driver will not help in your case , its may be a different cause. Also because you fight since a long time with crashs.
