either with tirth parties or without them

Brief description of the issue:

either i have selected FLY NOW after chosen plane and departure airport and gate or select GO TO MAIN MENU after finished a flight, the game crashes

Provide Screenshot(s)/video(s) of the issue encountered:

since the crash breaks out suddenly, is impossible to catch it via video or screenshots

Updated: i entered the ingame flight and exited from it repetively intil i was able to catch the CTD with a video, here is it:

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Either i select Fly Now after chosen the aircraft and the departure airport and gate while loading it and i select go to main menu after i finish a flight, while loading for the main menu the game crashes, often. Never bumped in these issues before the SU13. In all the previous Sim updates and builds.

I were actually using DC Designs Concorde, but even without add ons or products marketplace purchases, pratically at the only game original vanilla state and products. I always clean up console and game cabes, do reboots to both of them and also i log out from my account then close MSFS and powercycle the console, unplug it leave it unplugged for long time before replugging it, reopen the game. All the ways to keep the game and console clean.

Before this SU update never happened, now it happens often. Please don’t ask me to attach videos or screenshots because for the nature of the crash which happens suddenly and without warming i could never be able to catch them.

also the same problem here with me

i have the same problem and would love a hotfix for this

I wrote reoprts to Zendesk about those issues, here below are their answers:

"We are aware of performance issues for some users on XBox Series S/X that have started occurring since the release of SU13.

There is a new beta testing for Series S/X users that will help the development team gather data to troubleshoot the root cause of the issues. See the link below if you would like to assist them in gathering the data:

We are aware of this issue since the SU13 full release. There were changes made to how the sim prioritizes data on the XBox (to limit the avionics black out issues) which have now caused the unintended side effect of more crashes for some users since the full SU13 release. I know this can be frustrating for you, so we do apologize for the problems that you have been experieincing. Just know that this is currently the number one focus of the development team currently.
If you are already enrolled in the beta testing, then there is nothing more that you need to do. In fact this means that all the crashes that you have been experiencing have already been reported back to the development team which is good data for them to work with".

If you have Xbox Insider App you could head to Rewiews - Select Microsoft Flight Simulator stability track test - Click Save - Wait for enrollment to finish - Restart Xbox and the beta track stability test update will be prompted.

(For Xbox Series X users)

I have the same problem on PC. No items in community folder.

We recommend all Xbox users who are seeing crashing, participating in the Stability Test, so we can gather data and improve the situation.

If you are experiencing issues on PC, then check the following topic on how to troubleshoot it. Or if you wish, you can send a ticket to Zendesk, and we can help you troubleshoot the issue.

Good day i have 1.34.17.0 build, is the one MSFS developers team launched to beta tracking telemetry test in order to track CTDs and performance issues, two days ago i uninstalled and reinstalled the game, still i am on this build, i cacked Xbox Insider App in to Review and i found this beta testing still saved, i mean i am still participating.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the Sum does affect my staying in the beta or i have to remake the procedures to be in?

Asking it to be sure if i am in, since i am still in 1.34.17.0 build, which corresponds to the beta test telemetry tracking, or, at least i guess it.

Hello everyone. I am taking the liberty of entering into this discussion, because for some time now, I have been receiving feedback on the desktop (CTD) at the launch of FS2020 without any message. I just found out that when I turn off the online features, I no longer have these problems! Conversely, if I reactivate this function the problem appears again! If you could perhaps take this observation into account, it could perhaps allow you to move towards a solution to this very unpleasant malfunction.
THANKS

Hi,
I have the same problem as my colleague LIT052 !
I position myself on LSGG in the parking lot => CTD
I position myself on LSGG at the end of the track => Ok

I turn off online data.
I position myself on LSGG in the parking lot => Ok
I reactivate the data => CTD

Last night no problems on LSGG in the parking lot.
This problem has been recurring for several days and randomly

NOTE: I carried out these operations several times in a row for confirmation.

Thanks

So, from what i am understanding, the CTDs go away if you turn off the online services on Options General - Datas?

On Xbox is also this?

From observation of my own cases CTD is related to Bing and /or/ PG.
