Facing same issue.

I had the same problem, but it seems to have been solved for a few days.
I disabled G-Sync and re-enabled V-Sync.
I’m not sure if I actually solved a problem, but so far I’ve gained FPS and eliminated stuttering when landing.

Tried after disabling G-Sync, didn’t fix.

Around 55% isn’t sim checking for cloud saves, checking audio devices and msfs config file? I am sure around 52-54 for me i can hear a sound change, it is like small audio cut or popup. You guys can test disabling audio devices or changing default ones. For cloud saves, not sure what to do. UserCfg.opt file, same, not sure what to do also but simply you guys can check if resolutions are correct etc, not sure what to do if it is corrupted, so be careful.

I have the same issue with msfs it never cross the world loading data at 58%. I tried repairing the files, checking the integrity and re-installing the simulator but no results it still crashes at 58%. It is frustrating.

Unfortunately, I delete audio devices driver and disable G-Sync re-enable V-Sync.
It still didn’t work.

Here are a couple things that often work:

Try logging out and back into the Xbox app on your PC.
If that doesn’t help, try uninstalling the Xbox app, restart your device, and reinstall the Xbox app.

what did you do that it worked?

It’s amazing, it works!!!
I log out Xbox app, and close Xbox App. Open Ms Store → lib → msfs 2024, select account, It works.

Thx a lot and have a nice day!

Moved to User Support Hub since a solution has been marked.

Confirmed for me too, this did work to fix the problem. One note, be sure to log out and actually fully close the Xbox app. Mine was still open in the system tray and I needed to quit the app from there. I hope the devs are able to make it so other new users don’t waste weeks of time trying to launch the game.
