And returning yo the title of this post.
I only did one long haul flight LEMD to MUHA (ai traffic off) when A330-900 mod was released on flightsim.to.
After 5 hours my FPS drop to 5. I was able to land with 12 FPS average. Really annoying man.
The second attempt to do a long haul flight finished on CTD just on final aproach. Frustrating.
That’s the reason I only perform short, medium flights.

I am on windows 11 and getting the same CTD’s as Tibu73 , thats not the answer
I have virtually the same specs hardware wise , look at the earlier threads
gotta love it I feel it makes you feel like a Beta tester I use my other simulator for that reason who wants to do a 8hr flight then it CTD it happens way to often for me

Yeah I would not dare try an 8 hour flight in MSFS , way too risky of getting a CTD

My Rig cames with a prebuilt MSI Windows 10 Home OS.
I don’t Know exacltly how to move to W11. Otherwise I don’t think that’s the solution to the CTD’S or poor random performance.
Windows 11 still have a lot of bugs.
When I had the CTD after 9 hours flight I wanted to kick and destroy everything in front of me, including my PC.
That’s not the idea I have for enjoyng flight simming.

Last night i had my first CTD during approach to LGAV and today another CTD before landing in EGLL. In my opinion the sim must be stabilised like previous simulators. Each update causes issues. I have purchased add on sceneries and i cannot play due to issues that come up frequently. Especially today i had very bad performance over London. It’s better to deal with the CTD from the beginning of a flight than after several hours of flight…it’s very disappointing…if i was a creator i wouldn’t release any product for this simulator…

the year did not start well for sim no flight can be completed and in about 20 minutes we fall on the desktop ctd I thought I was the only one with a problem.

I tried two flights today , pushed back in the A320nx and went to change my external camera view then CTD both times ,
I had AIG on at the time , but thats not the issue
in another forum people are expereincing severe FPS drops aftter a short while , this is defintely linked to the weather issue , all the servers must be screwed up

Waiting for the new AIG TC version as well that luckely solves the AIG TC random crash.
I think I’m going to do a Simbrief short flightplan and I will decide in an hour or two.

as a matter of fact before my today’s CTD i had some stutters FPS drops and autopilot issues. The funny thing is that when the fps rised again and the autopilot responded the sim crashed!
