Brief description of the issue:
CTD in menu shortly after launch. Microsoft GamingServices crashes, MSFS follows after 2-3 minutes.

Scratch nose.
PC specs and/or peripheral set up of relevant:
Keyboard, Mouse, Xbox One Controller, Most stable PC on the planet.
Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:

what is the message in the red “ERROR” line ? 
( can you copy/paste the text ? )
The exact same problem signature info shown in the error reporting event on the screenshot. I saved the wars of both reports in case devs know what to do with them and want them. If they aren’t already uploaded automatically.
okay … then you run into a c000006 error at ntdll.dll …
Do you lost the network connection ?
Otherwise… hmmm… you can only try to usually hints, as example limit the fps for a test-case… etc. Crash in menu or after 2-3 minutes ( and also with ntdll ) was often reported because hardware. Must not the reason in your case, but a test with limit the fps cost nothing

There are existing topics in forum and also the official FAQ… from sound-driver issues ( also other installed sound-tools e.g. from asus ) , login-issues, hardware issues, etc. is all possible…
Be sure that you describe exactly the situation when it happens…
