ah yes, that is exactly the error number I remember.
But it is gone in my case after a restart ( or I did a system-scan, can’t exact remember ) and then never seen this again. ( I was also not sure, whether Steam caused that )
As mentioned, I also cleanup from time to time the AppData folder, may be that can help you.
You can also try a windows-cleanup and allways do a real “windows restart” ( not only shutdown ).
