hmmm… these 50% Blue-Bar… this seems like the Login issue… have you checked that you can login with help of the xbox app or tried a Re-Login ?
And, to be sure, may be check all the other reasons for a …409 & ucrtbase… ( e.g. try disable anti-virus tools e.g. BullGuard, check US lang pack, check time settings, some users report issues with Xbl * settings in Auth-manager , or also ensure that game-services running in case gamepass, )
