A cpu have a base frequency and different kind of turbo frequencies ( there are rules for the conditions and limitations e.g. how many cores can reach the turbo frequency, and on ) and thats may be what you see.
it would be intressting if that only happens on the PC-6 , because I remember similar posts where users report a crash while e.g. panning ( in cockpit / droine / freeview )
example :

and another one:
..the app is randomly crashing after a few seconds up to a few minutes when looking around…
