CTDs are back

Try this solution, finally works for me:

Enable Debug Mode in Nvidia Control Panel (If Nvidia GPU of course)

CTD in DX11 mode without FPS Cap

I think it’s random. I saw someone else say that Vsync increased load times, but my sim actually loaded 1 second slower with no fps cap.
