Alrighty. . .well, I’m not sure what “worked” but I did the following (thanks for a bunch of “things to try” @TenPatrol !) since all the tries in my above posts These Xbox “force stop” fixes including reboots Stopped NahimicService and reinstalled my Realtek Audio drivers (I should get a real sound card ) And not sure who recommended this, but I did try it. . . Random CTDs due to WwiseLibPCx64P.dll | 0xc0000005 error (Fixed)

To fix it : Disable Nahimic Service and uninstall Realtek audio drivers. Update your drivers (I recommend Avast Driver Updater, it’ll check ALL your drivers). Solution tried !
