As Atkamen says, this CTD still occurs, when im doing multiple flight a day.

Im having these CTD’s since a couple of weeks, and it is avoiding me to fly on the sim.

This crash occurs when I am on short final mostly and at the last flight on a day where i fly multiple flights. It happens everytime with these flying conditions. I really hope there would be a fix

I have 3 legs of a business jet tour still waiting to be finished on IVAO. These are ~1-3 hours of flight. Sometimes I succeed, sometimes I crash.

I will finish this tour and fly only VFR and heli until the CTD’s aren’t managed. The fun part is over for me when flying IFR under these circumstances - preparing x minutes for a flight, y minutes for setting up and departure, being 2 hours inflight and then a crash is just horrible - 3 hours of your day just for nothing. This is nonsense.

Yes, that would do it. I was just wondering what @Alen02019159 was suggesting with that post. As a possible solution to a crash related to the sim accessing memory it shouldn’t, I don’t think this will be very successful.

my guess is, that it has nothing to do with the memory:

  • changed RAM modules completely over the time
  • switched virtual memory in several directions
  • monitored memory usage while crashing
    (had memory leaks by other applications while flying - msfs got totally laggy but never crashed in these phases!)

Not the memory as in the hardware but the sim trying to access memory it shouldn’t i.e. a software bug, not hardware failure.

ok. Short. Many hours experimenting. My final solution fix for no CTD in months :slight_smile:
1.powercfg in command promt, for ultimate performance (after that go to power setting and choose ultimate performance)
2. GSX, disable jetways for third party airports
3. Copy the new dlls file in msfs folder 3.5.10
4. All third party airports in another SSD disk (msfs addons linker)
5. new!!! fix for freeze and slutters, it is strange but (i turn off gsync and vsync using fixed refresh and its amazing, i can land with 30+fps with Fenix and 737 PMDG in KJFK Inbuilds for example…)
6. Bonus for extra FPS, turn OFF IFR traffic in FLSTL settings, use only static.
