DA40 - nose landing gear not in the longitudinal axis of the plane

DA 40 NG new bug revealed : nose landing gear not in the longitudinal axis of the plane.

Hi! My name is Emilio, I’m brand new in the Community. I play Flight Simulator since 2006 (FSX, FS2020, FS2024)

I wished I could post a new thread regarding a bug I’m experiencing with the DA 40 NG, and this bug doesn’t appear to be known on this page. As I cannot find the way to open a new thread, I hope you will forgive me to post it there:

Bug is: If you look at the DA40 NG from the front when parked on the ground, you will notice that the aircraft’s nose landing gear doesn’t appear correctly on the longitudinal axis of the plane, it is positioned on the left side (right side if you look at the aircraft from the front).

That is quite frustrating because you realize this matter doest exist also whatever the angle of the camera you are using. I love this aircraft, and after a long time since we got problems with the brakes  (now solved with SU7), I hope you will see my message and will take it into account.

You are doing an outstanding job that allow us to live our passion. I play very mostly with Concorde, Cessna 750 X, and hopefully the DA 40 NG

Sincerely,

Emilio

Hi @Emiliosachs and welcome to the forums !,
Your post has been moved to its own topic since you posted in a non-related report.
In order to create a report you need to advance to TL1 as explain here: Trust Levels and How To Advance
When being able to create a new report, please use the provided template filling in all required fields since they are important for the devs/users to try replicating the issue.
Thank you !

If you search for pictures of the real DA40 you’ll see that the front gear is not aligned. The representation in MSFS seems to be correct.
