Brief description of the issue:

the Leg going on the Danish bush trip that goes over Lego House Near EKBI I get a crash to desktop.
Tried loading in several times to continue, but crashes instantly.
Deleted all third party content, same result. Started up in safe mode same result.
Tried loading a random aircraft (A320) in at EKBI (not bush trip), instant crash to desktop.
anywhere else in the world worked fine

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

load in Danish bushtrip. Fly from EKEB and follow the route towards EKBI. About 15-20 min in Crash to desktop. load in to continue = instant crash

PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:

CPU i7-9700K
GPU MSI 3070ti SUPRIM X
Ram: 32BG
SSD: Samsung evo “something” 1TB

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:

I don’ tknow where to see the version I’m playing. but it is SIM UPDATE IX.

You are not alone, I have the same problem, here is my post in another thread. However @hobanagerik was able to fly through

it’s really weird… Tried so many thing last night. different aircraft, starting form other places. it’s like a piece of DK is broken

I actually spawned at EKBI, and flew North via TOMGU.

DK bushtrip crashed for me last weekend as well just before coming up to the Lego house POI.
As I did a complete reinstall of the sim due to another issue I had, I thought I retry it and spawn the C152 at EKBI Ramp 16 parking. Blue bar gets up to about 80% then CTD.
I tried to manually cache the area but same CTD.
But then I tried spawning directly on runway 27 and that worked without CTD.
Did not have time to do any flying but will try that later as well.

Get CTD when I are close to the runway both direction.
Uninstalling world update Nordic solved the problem for me.

might try that… but it will ruin the whole point of the push trip a little.

You are right. Asobo has to fix WU Nordic

Yes CTD as I approach the area near the Lego House

I’m using the Xbox version on a series S (no addons other than World updates), so it’s not a PC related issue, maybe scenery related ? Also happens again when I restart and continue the trip airborne. Don’t know if it is SU9 related as I haven’t flown the area previously.

I have the Nordic expansion installed, and I don’t crash at EKBI.

That said, I’d did find something weird the other day that may be related. When I get to my computer I will post an image.

This is what I was referring to:

Although I have the Nordics WU installed, one of my packages seems to think something it needs is missing:

It appears I really don’t have an “fs-base-coverage-map-nordics-tin” installed. And yet:

Could those with crashing at EKBI check the “Discovery Copenhagen” package to see if they also have “fs-base-coverage-map-nordics-tin”?
