Derawar Fort of 9th century with Mosque Abbasi Jamia Shahi Masjid Qila (Jamia Masjid‑e‑Abbasi) in Cholistan desert, Pakistan.
The unique massive fort was built in 858 on the trade route between Central Asia and India as well as pilgrimage route to Mecca.
Derawar Fort is square shape (190 x 190 meters) with lots of battle towers of 20 meters in height.
Mosque Abbasi Jamia Shahi Masjid Qila (Jamia Masjid‑e‑Abbasi) constist of two buildings and a large square which could visit of over 10 000 worshippers at a time. The mosque was built by Nawab Bahawal Khan in 1849.
The place is must visited by all who like to look at historical grand buildings.
