Difference between Legacy and Modern Flight Model?

Hi there,
What is better to fly with, Legacy or Modern Flight Model? What planes in the Sim use the Modern Flight Model? Also what planes use the Legacy Model? I am a little confused on the Legacy and the Modern Flight Model! Any help is greatly appreciated. TIA

All default planes and most 3rd party use the Modern Flight Model. You should never use legacy unless you run into trouble with 3rd party planes flying strange. And these plames are usually FSX ports.

So in short: use Modern unless you fly a FSX imported plane
