Different colored barber poles

I am not sure if it is really a bug or if I don’t understand the functionality but the barber poles on the Garmin and the spare one on top have different color ranges. The Garmin tells me “all good” and the spare one tells me I am over-stressing the plane?
Is it supposed to be like that? The airplane mode is a TBM 930.

I am on pc with steam and just using the Microsoft world updates. Dev mode is off. Build 1.19.8.0 on Windows 10 1909

I noticed this behavior yesterday flying the TBM 930 on Xbox. One difference, my barber poles didn’t show until I crossed 200 kts.
