This is an issue if you’re an existing MSFS player on PC or Xbox Series X|S and have made changes to the keybinds for the Xbox controller. To resolve this issue, first launch Microsoft Flight Simulator from your original (non-cloud) install and reset the Controller profile to “Default” as shown in the screenshot below. After that, exit MSFS and re-launch the Xbox Cloud Gaming version and it should function properly. We have logged this issue in our bug tracking tool and aim to provide a better experience that does not require this work-around in the future.
