For me it helped to actually click ‘Play’ in the MS-Store on the Flightsim app. I also didn’t see any update possibility.
Then it suddenly went downloading first.
I’m really loving the fix to the weather radar, much better for storm chasing now! 
I also saw prop drag mentioned in the list of fixes, has anyone felt a difference in that or do the aircraft developers have to do something on their end to take advantage of it? I haven’t noticed any difference in the Carenado Seneca, and that’s a plane that could really use it because you get an annoying beeping if you throttle back too far with the gear up (and you’re supposed to throttle back gently to avoid thermal shock on those Continental engines anyway). Haven’t tried any turboprops yet but I’m liking what I’m hearing about those as well.

Cant launch MSFS after update; only opens Mirosoft Store!!
Indeed, many times. Some people have suggested the update is staggered. I think this is good circumstantial evidence that it is.

ATC is still a bit weird after the update. But way better then after the last update.
Had a relatively smooth flight from Amsterdam to London.

Agreed. The servers can only accommodate so much traffic. No big rush on my part…
I ran into that issue last night actually. It’s related to the Gaming Service. Make sure you have Gaming Service installed and that the service is running. If it’s installed but the service won’t start, go into the App in Add or Remove programs and click Repair.
same here… so annoying that you cannot just let the update to the job like any other game 
Live weather seems fixed, for me anyway. Just did four flights there and each loaded with live weather in multiplayer correctly. Weather seemed a bit more accurate too. Good news if this holds and keeps working.
I don’t think this will be seen as the huge performance optimising sim update some people were hoping it would be, I’m guessing we’ll need to wait until August for that.
Very happy with live weather working now though.
Is it just me or is the clouds (supposedly now precipation) setting gone on the G1000 MFD? So far I tried the C172 G1000. the DA40NG and the DA62. I can toggle TOPO on the map and NEXRAD, but the horizontal and vertical radar settings and map toggle are gone ?!?
Looks like I’m supposed to use working title mods by default now…

I don"t see the military airfield updates you mentioned. Are you sure? This is a sim update, not a world scenery update.
Well, they tried to send my over the landing runway 27R back to the gate also. So ATC at the ground is still an issue. Also approach didn’t follow the flightpath in the NeoA320FBW, so also that issue is not fixed. No weird names for now, so that problem seems to be solved
Weather in Amsterdam was the same as where i live in the Netherlands, so that is OK for me. Don’t know if the London weather is really shattered clouds right now.

Is your Gaming Service running? Go to Start → Run → services.msc → Sort Alphabetically → Find ‘Gaming Services’ — is the Status “Running”?
