EDIT Sep 2021: Having crashes again after having a break from flying. Did go in to Radeon software and saw my custom fan curves was gone, card was running very hot but after updating the fan curves I haven’t had a crash in few hours, keeping junction temp at 82-83 with almost max fan speed. It’s loud but it seems to work for now. But getting 3070 very soon so hoping this is the end of crashes.

I have been using 20.10.1 since its release in mid-October. It has been stable, and has “survived” all of the patches and updates to MSFS during the past ten weeks.
I have a Gigabyte 5700XT installed on a Gigabyte X570 board, with a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU. I am running 32GB of Corsair 3200 RAM; two sticks of 16GB

but it’s AMD.. it seems AMD Cpu’s have more issues. Did you overclock things ? also you could try to set thread affinity for MSFS. Check out
