I am having an issue where the game does not reconize that it needs to install the new update when it checks for updates (1.11.6.0).

I think this is interesting and something Iāve been wondering about but never said anything. I have not yet installed this update, but my experience has been the same as BornToBattle100ās, i.e. I start the sim and upon finding an update, takes me to the store for that part and then continues with the update.

I found one of the missing addons, KNZY North Island NAS freeware, was updated a few hours ago for compatibility with the USA update and it now shows back up in the simulator. I hope the other missing addons will eventually get updated as well. I guess we will just have to put up with these issues for some time to come as this fantastic simulator matures.
Update downloaded with no issues, only problem I have is CTD when setting Altitude on the Mooney Ovation Altitude preselector. Was ok before update.

See I was able to access the world update but to download the update you have to have the latest version, which does not show up when checking for updates upon launching the game.

Okay - the scenery looks great. It is really awesome seeing this in a videogame.
Unfortunately I have already experienced two CTD in Atlanta.
When reviewing the patch notes, I am really missing the CPU optimization.

I had exactly the same with version 1.10.11.0, after verifying my Steam Game it deleted the entire FS2020 folder. I had to download again for the fourth time.
I found a lot of posts stating to use the āTrial versionā of Netlimiter 4. I limitied the Download and Uploads to 4MB/s (ā¦on my 50x50 Fiber line) and violaā¦
The 127GBās downloaded in 10 to 11 hours.

The moral is, donāt verify the Steam filesā¦ thatās what I do.

I have done that and on version 1.10.11.0, yet the āWorld Update: USA IIā will not update. It keeps saying I need version 1.10.6.0
Mines fast as well.. maybe your end???

As far as Iām aware, these are the only 2 bugs - thatās all Iāve seen in the forum. One takes less than 2 minutes to fix (and is because they fixed the default translation in the cockpit which didnāt work properly) and the other doesnāt impact anything material. Perspective maybe? They fixed and improved a load of other things, plus the world update.

The TBM issue is mod related - the WorkingTitle G3000. Uninstal that and it is fine. Are you using ther A320 mod? If so, uninstal that. With every update you should empty the community folder and then only reinstal mods that have been updated to the new version.

There is an accessibility setting to change the minimum font size and also the UI scaling. These may help
