You didn’t mention what GPU you have, but the title will pretty much use the available VRAM unless you’re using relatively low settings.
That’s because their content servers are currently offline. Did you not get a pop-up message in MSFS saying that your were offline?

Is your great scenery working OK with the new update? I uninstalled your packages to look at the update which I am disappointed with. Its good they added the cranes in Belfast but don’t see much else has changed.
Maybe is disappointing because I am used to your version. I think I am dropping the folders back in today
Its a 3080, the GPU isn’t a problem here, the massive stutter seems a RAM issue, as it still happens with render scale 50, and RAM still being almost maxed out with terrain and object LOD to 10
But the castle is tucked in behind what looks like a pudding bowl, instead of sitting on top of its hill and the esplanade floats in the sky like the yellow brick road.
GB 1.12.13.0 - I think you need to go into Windows Store and in the top right corner click on the 3 dots, the do an update of Flight Simulator - takes it to 1.13.16, I think.
Just flew up the Norfolk coast, the details in part of it is stunning! You can see the sea wall at Winterton and actually go down and follow the footpath along the sand dunes at eye level and the terrain mesh follows the footpath - amazing!! The Happisburgh cliffs don’t look great but further up the coast the cliffs look wonderful. Churches are so sad with no steeples or towers you just don’t see them and can’t VFR by them at all. Lots of great stuff in the update though.
It’s simple, who is not satisfied, roll back to the FSX!

Yes it is definitely advised to delete both rolling and manual cache
That’s exactly what mine looks like, it’s so disappointing. Rolling cache and manual cache are off. Really feels like there was no curation of the quality of the photogrammetry.
For anyone just landing here with connectivity issues, it’s a global outage and being worked on. It is not a problem with your internet or PC. Marketplace, Bing scenery data, satellite imagery and photogrammetry are all affected.

I performed the update last night. Neglected to install market place content before switching off. I have deleted rolling cash and rebuilt it. Took off from London city flew down the Thames. I’m not seeing anything new .Westminster bridge underwater boats underwater piers underwater no HMS belfast etc

Yes. If you are having scenery related problems right now it is due to the current global outage.
I think the bulk of the PG issues are down to server load/ issues at their end and the current outage. Some quick checks though - and I’m sure you’ve done this already - make sure all the online services are on in the sim options especially Bing and PG. Delete and manual cache and, personally, I don’t use rolling cache (I could see no difference whether it was on or off).
Although when I click on my profile I’m connected the north europe server. The market place is still unavailable though
