I am having the same problems on W11
Are folk actually clicking through the Antialiasing options he asks himself in a growly voice?
However those not getting it with supported gpuās may be running old Windows and old drivers just because they worked great back in 1995.
Or maybe they have a doctored Dell Alienware laptop???
People arenāt posting about missing DLSS with old drivers because this topicās solution says to update drivers
And how many frustrated users actually read āsolutionā before venting their spleens on here?
Thereās no solution yet - that checkmark was EXTREMELY premature. The only out of date part of my system with a 3080 is that Iām still on Win10. Windows updates, drivers, everything else is as fresh as can be.
Can we please stop with the over-skepticism bordering on trolling? In a beta itās a YMMV situation and just because something works on your rig doesnāt mean you have the full picture.
Just a hunch but maybe you have something turned off or blocked in Windows, possibly by a firewall, AV etc.
Do you have the same issue if you follow the OPās steps to reproduce it?
Yes, same issue, updated everything from windows 10 to 11ā¦ DLSS still not an option, RTX 3090
Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
If relevant, provide additional screenshots/video:
Driver is up to date. Not sure what the issue is on my end.
I think there are enough of us that itās safe to say itās on Asoboās end with this.
My two cents: RTX 3080 and Windows 11.
The NVIDIA DLSS option didnāt appear while using 496.13 (latest driver in Gigabyte 3080 Vision OC page) and MSFS SDK 18.
Updated to driver 516.59 and SDK 0.19.0 reboot and the option NVIDIA DLSS is there.
I donāt doubt thereās some issue still there for some of you, but I write in case someone had the same issues as me.
And Iām saying simply restoring NVCP or reinstalling Geforce may fix it
I will try downloading the SDK. Not sure why that should be needed as I thought that is for Devs?
In my case I was using an outdated version so it could be an issue. If you didnāt have any of them installed, probably it wonāt help to install the latest version. In any case, please let us know if it works.
Did a full clean install of latest driver. Installed SDK. Same issue.
I am using 6 monitors and 2 RTX3090s. Not sure if that has something to do with it. I also use GSYNC and HDR. I am using DX11. However k did turn on DX12 and same thing. DLSS option never appears.
Have you tried what I suggested further up in the post about signing up to the windows beta insider program, this is what fixed it for me, I was in the same boat as you
I can try that. I am using Steam version though. Not sure if that is possible with Steam.
It seems to be a windows thing in my case, see how you get on
I am on windows 10 though and not 11. Not sure that matters though.
I think that may be the issue
Is windows 11 worth the upgrade? I guess I could do that as well.
