Does a navigraph subscription ADD missed approach procedures?

As the title asks, does it add them? I cant seem to load them up, such as fixes with holds for missed approach procedures. If I sign up for a month, download AIRAC from navigraph, will the NEW AIRAC that I download be available once I cancel subscription?

Regardless of whether you have Navigraph or not, the garmins won’t display missed approach procedures, holds etc. Working Title CJ4 and Aerosoft CRJ will. Navigraph doesn’t matter here. Whether your aircraft can display missed appr, holds etc depends on how the aircraft dev coded the avionics.

Hi,
the missed approach part is a essential part of an approach and of course, included in our data for MSFS. But as @EvidencePlz wrote, it depends on the addon (and or mod), if they will use the data or not. Hope that helps,
Richard

With the next iteration of the Working Title G1000 NXi, it is the WT team’s intention to provide missing procedure leg types, including missed approaches, into the NavUnit, and thus available to you during flight planning as well in-cockpit. WT G1000 NXi is currently projected for July Open Beta on the MarketPlace based on the May Dev Q&A.

The Pilot2ATC flight planner does display the missed approach path as well as the hold.

The G3000 7.1 chart mode will also display a moving map display.

A Navigraph subscription is required for the G3000. Not sure about P2A.

… so depending on the addon and/or mod to make these data visible and useable.

Pilot2ATC uses also our data (and also with missed approaches, because as I wrote, its a part of an approach).

Cheers
Richard

I want to mention here that although the Garmin units won’t display missed approaches, holds etc in MSFS (at least not now but will certainly happen very soon thanks to Working Title, like Casual stated), if you buy the Ultimate Navigraph subscription from @NAVData, it will come with the Charts app which connects to your MSFS 2020 installation and live flight, and is able to track that flight and display it on the Navigraph Charts app on top of your approach or STAR charts in real time. So when you are flying a procedural turn for example, you will be able to see the entire procedure and your aircraft flying it on the Navigraph charts app.

Albeit you still have to reduce the level of automation a few steps and do the procedural turn manually, using heading mode.

So basically, at least for the moment being, in an aircraft equipped with MSFS default G1000, with the help of Navigraph Ultimate sub and its Charts app and all the visual references it will provide, it’s not impossible to fly missed approaches or a procedural turn in MSFS 2020, although not 100 percent realistically, but it’s getting there very rapidly.

I appreciate everyone’s responses on here.

Really excited to give WTg1000 new integration a go once available. I will try navigraph as well…

I use both ForeFlight and garmin pilot (garmin pilot does an excellent job of providing of this). I’ll keep testing.

Thanks!

@ivozzz1353 The currently available WT CJ4 already has MA supported for some time now. And it automatically flies the MA during a Go Around. And it integrates Navigraph charts as well!

You really can’t go wrong with the Navigraph sub.

Having the current AIRAC cycle sync’d in all your apps and mods is incredible.
Using the beta client, you can even update MSFS to be current.
