Hey guys. What’s the news with the helicopters coming to the sim?
I think they were planned around a year after release.
Not even nearly all basics work in this simulator so adding any new type of transportation should be completely out of the picture for now and mid term future.
For helicopters Asobo has to implement a completely different flight model.
If I remember correctly, in an interview the Asobo/Microsoft responsible stated that they (or at least one person) are working on this - but it’s nothing to be expected in the near future. This is something that will take time they say.
I’m also waiting for helicopters, but I don’t expect it to be implemented before mid of 2021.
