No patches will be issued on the 27th - only what we can expect to be fixed and when that patch will go live.

My Content Manager is permanently (maybe 5 days) unavailable. If I click on, there is only endless loading without any info about content in the game. Also Marketplace is permanently greyed out. I wonder if patch start download automatically, or if shall I expect any problems.

Doubt that’s a high priority right now, be thankful if you have the ability to use the sim right now.

Yeah, that sentence had to be. So. After I’ve read all these new rants agains MS and Asobo I did something incredible. I went to the content manager and checked what I found there. There is:
Core content - 79.80 GB
YSSY - 109.60 MB
RJTT - 275.90 MB
etc
It says “relaunch the game to update” in the core content line and “up to date” in all other lines…
This means the content/airport/airplane etc HAS THAT SIZE AT THE MOMENT! And the content will be updated…
Guys… USE YOUR BRAIN!

I am embarrassed (for us) that this thread is still continuing even after MSFS just confirmed there is no update tomorrow. Just the announcement of when the next update will occur. Why is this so hard to understand?

me too. I also need to think about the SSD life. Especially for my 240GB disk.
If we need to re-download the whole game every time, the SSD drive will die quickly.
I Hope that dont come… you know ah download this big size in vietnam… is a pain.
It actually states that the ‘patch’ will be realease on the 27th, and the date for the update ‘pack’ will be advised. The ‘patch’ is required in order to update the ‘pack’. “the next Patch will go live on the 27th” - “…before it will take the update pack so wait until the patch drops” - “Time when the patch will drop on the 27th is not know yet”.

I saw the CoreContent package since day 1!!! It’s always been 80 GB!!! It would be madness to send us a 90GB download again…
Where are you getting this info? even mod’s on here have stated there is no update on the 27th.
