This seems to be affecting a number of airports all over the world atm

I thought this Jetway issue was fixed … I’ve just got back into the SIM to find the same issues like this still happening …please fix this annoying issue

I thought after a few years this would have been fixed , i have just re-subscribed to the game pass and the missing jet way issue is still there , i have tried the default LAx and default EGPH … the Sim is updated and the UK world update is installed … its been this way for ages but never seems to get fixed , i really wanna buy the sim but not with this still happening

No

Have you disabled/removed all your mods and addons?

yes

Brief description of the issue:

At a vast majority of Airports i get missing Jetway links (too many to list)

Provide Screenshot(s)/video(s) of the issue encountered:

ICAO or coordinates (DevMode > Debug > Display position)

EGPH is the one in the pictures , there are many others

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Load up at for example EGPH, using the Drone I can see many jetway links broken/missing… you may have to fly away using the drone and come back to see the effect at some Airports , this was meant to be fixed in SU12 but its clearly not and doesn’t happen at 3rd party airports, just airports using default jetways

Hello,

I split up your bug report into two bug reports. This one is about EGPH. We do not want airport megathreads until the QA or development team says that it is okay to have a megathread.

Same questions as before:

  1. Where did you fly from and to? You observed this at LIRF, but did you fly there? Did you spawn there?
  2. What aircraft were you in?
  3. Did you spawn cold and dark?
  4. Were you connected to Bing?
  5. Was photogrammetry turned on or off?
  6. In your settings, are you on DirectX 11 or 12? Are you using DLSS?
  7. Any other details you can give us?

This is what I see if I spawn at EGPH:

All of the jet bridges are intact. This is why we need more information to help understand how to reproduce this issue.

Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?

Yes at EGKK Gatwick - it looks like it’s Gate 105 on the NATS EGKK AD and gate 88 in MSFS

Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:

Just to mention it occured after landing at EGKK. After restarting a new flight from EGKK same gate, the issue is not there. See the screenshots below for gate 88-MSFS (105-NATS) location
