Made a topic specially for people experiencing bugs and graphical issues For those with bad looking graphics and many bugs on MSFS 2024 this is why - #6 by jessegemstone so that people know it is not the default sim issue but rather the 2020 stuff that is being streamed

Been in contact with Jorg the head of Flight Simulator the team is working on this so hopefully we get this option soon.

I see no said folder, might it be in another location for MS Store version?

Do we have the ability to delete a handcrafted airport so I can replace it with a payware version? We could do that in MSFS2020 by navigating to Content and then we could delete anything we wanted. I’d like to remove KSFO that comes with the Premium Deluxe version and replace with the excellent Flightbeam KSFO.

I honestly dont want any 2020 or third party content installed in FS24 right now. It would be nice to turn all that off. My aircraft menu feels very cluttered.

Yeah me too. I didn’t get my DHC4 Caribou. Probably because it’s now in the top paid slot, coincidence?

well it got even worse now, more stuff got added today livery packs overriding the default 24 liveries and the default liveries now go blinkie blinkie in certaint aircraft entire cockpits are now gone, so many issues it makes the sim unplayable now. And deleting the folders from streamedpackages will not solve it either because it just remains active for some reason

is there any easy way to download, see (in list view) all your 2020 items? ie to compare against what’s porting into 2024 so you can easily know what’s still missing? im on xbox

it’s also annoying to have planes listed multiple times in the aircraft menu but with different liveries applied. List the plane 1x and put liveries only in the configuration page. is there any bug or request on this already?

now even my entire toolbar is gone because of the southoak hide toolbar pack that i tried and only used during streams for MSFS 2020 it got auto activated, even deleting the folder keeps it active. Thanks Asobo for ruining the sim and stopping me from flying. This is the worse experience ever in the history of flight sim

If I’m reading that right you’re making streamed read-only? I guess that would work as long as you don’t go anywhere or do anything that would require a new download while you’re running the sim.

Right? If you load into an airplane you haven’t yet used, what happens then?

it strreams all the packages in there before hand even aircraft not used yet, take a look in your folder and notice everything in there
