End flight or to the Mainmenu crashes the Sim 90% of Time

After ending a flight via “End Flight” or “Back to the Mainmenu” the Sim crashes and need to shut it down via Task-Manager. It is not possible for me to do more then one flight without restarting the sim. Fix this sh** please…
