So, today I did 4 flights (and always shut down the “sim” in between) - and EVERY ****** TIME I did a perfect mission and then the engine is NOT SHUTTING DOWN.
FIX your sim already! This is getting out of hand - 4 (FOUR) missions in a row - same bug. You can’t be serious!!!

Try and reposition your plane 180 degrees opposite from where you originally parked.
This works for me.
It has to do with the wind speed and direction keeping your prop spinning.

Hmm ok! I am going to try this… Thanks!
i think it’s an joystick issue. I can’t shut down the propellers in the 208b as well. Engines and gasoline is shut off, but props keep running. It will just shut of if i disconect my joystick (Airbus a320) after that i can connect it again and do my next flight.

This worked with the C208b
Have also noticed the PC12 engin doesnt shut down if you have turned off the batteries and avionics before the engine is fully off
Same issue and I have the same Joystick, only can shut down if I disconnect the joystick
i think i have found the problem on my site.
I have also the throttle quadrant of airbus and the ENG switches are connectet to the gasoline tanks and the enginge start. I saw that during flight on the 208b the engine start switch was all the time turning on and off (i couldn’t finish the turboprob exam, cause i’ve got a filure "you restarted the engine during flight. exam failed.)
You have to check the buttons and deconnect the automatic engine start. Now all engines of my planes will turn off if i switch them to off mode with the throttle quadrant. The buttons are repeatly triggering the buttons-position, not just one time, this can also be changed, like for the gear.
Thanks! This worked for my cessna corvalis tt
Same thing, all procedural steps as Checklist steps “Shutdown” followed
but still the sim won’t stop the engine !
Fix the bug or provide an all override “End Flight” option-button next to Restart and Abort options
