This is a known issue: Live weather stops injecting after a certain duration flown / certain time flown
no, this looks like different, isn’t it? For most users it start to off, to him from picture started working
I expect that this is pure joke (from his smile) or simply he didn’t noticed that, landed and did return flight to direction where he lost weather
I hope he will say his statement about his post reason 
If you fly alongside that front you can do something we all want to do - have half the plane in the clouds with the other half in the sunshine.
