This is seriously one of the most interesting projects and I feel like a fool that I haven’t heard of it until now.

I am very intrigued about how you are able to able to get the HTML instruments to be display textures like that? I can understand with Simconnect you can animate all the instruments. I can also recognize how well you modeled all the instruments and gauge faces. It’s all top notch work.

I had made an environment to develop HTML instruments where it mocked BaseINstrument and SimVar but otherwise just loaded all the other code. To see all the instruments working in yours is like the next level of that.

I have a freeware Cessna T206H that has a panel very similar to your 172 panel. I would like to collaborate to see how you make a panel. I really support all types of interfaces and addons.

Very pleased to be able to finally announce that the King Air 350 Panel set for the MSFS Blacksquare and X-Plane 12 Airfoil Labs variants has just gone live on the Experimental Sim Avionics (ESA) store. This whole set has taken quite a while and a considerable amount of work to complete but its finally here. Enjoy.

Hi everyone. Hope you all had a great Christmas break. Its that time for some 2024 update news. Very pleased to be able to announce that the following aircraft have updated Air Manager 5 (AM5) files added and ready for download now from your ESA store account. Other aircraft panels sets will follow. It’s worth noting that due to improvements in AM5 that not only does it enable MSFS 2024 compatibility to be added but also it enables improvements in MSFS (2020) functionality. You will notice some controls that either were not working or didn’t slave exactly with the sim in previous versions are now better. For the MSFS 2024 default aircraft that have the new mandatory walkaround pre flight at the start of every flight there has been a new invisible pre flight instrument developed that removes all the pre-flight items with a single button push. See new AM5 manual for details of the pre flight button location for each of these panel sets.

These releases should be considered as beta releases and you will need the latest AM5 beta and associated beta plugin to make use of these new AM5 files. These new AM5 files will eventually replace the main files. Because AM5 is in beta you use these at risk.

Can individual instruments be taken out for me to make my own panel? Specifically the Altitude Select and engine gauges. I want to put them on a separate monitor on my physical panel

Yes of course. I’d recommend though as an upgrade to replace those old antiquated FIP’s for a single touch screen of equivalent size. You can then enjoy the instruments for different aircraft the way they were intended and get the flexibility of that screen real estate rather than the same setup for every aircraft.

Thanks for that solid advice makes sense. I will probably get the Islander soon. Since I also fly that, the King Air, Saratoga and Archer for work.

Thanks for your advice. I took it and added to my valuable real estate.

Cool. You’ll enjoy the versatility that will bring.

Any plans to make panels for the new Black Square Baron?

At some point yes. Got to finish up the several that are in the current queue first.
