F-16 by SC Design

The Asobo Hornet does that with its sound design which is something they did right as well as the AB effect. It should be more like an Oxy Acetylene torch or even a butane jet lighter running hot at high pressure. It’s almost an invisible flame in daylight.

Please tell me it’s already on its way to Marketplace?
Are we going to see this brother of yours now? He really needs to get in on this.

@RandyFlagg9653 - thought as much. Makes me sad. Was hoping that the time differential between PC release and console Marketplace would be getting shorter these days. I’ll try to be patient. :upside_down_face: :laughing:

Sorry,it’s my english i guess.
Maybe i should say,if you know about that blob ? It appears between the heat blur of the engine but i only saw it on the replay addon (Sky Dolly)
Maybe it has to do with the variables not being properly recorded cause it’s a new aircraft ?

I also got this on the wheel camera ? (no replay)

Man, I gotta tell ya, this bird in VR is literally a dream come true! My first F16 since the old Falcon 4.0 days. What a thrill to finally be back in the cockpit of my favorite modern military jet!

I should be working, but I’m studying the cockpit and the buttons/switches. This aircraft is very well done. Good stuff!

Oh I see, sorry I didn’t understant - I suspect it’s just a limitation of the replay system, probably the heat blur effect or something playing up. Not anything I can control I’m afraid. The camera though, is my fault, it’s out of position for some reason. Will be updated of course after a few days once we have a little list of any bugs that need fixing.

Man,i am really having a great time in Myrtle Beach with this :sunglasses::ok_hand:
Could you by any chance help me understand how to properly fill it with weapons? Cause i can’t see anything in the manual and i think that the Kgs indication in the load up section,is messing with the Lbs that by default are there to choose the loadout.
What i mean,is that i see for example,the X weapon,being 350lbs ok ? While on the right side,the weight is indicated in kgs.What do i do as a value,in order for me to have it loaded with all weapons?
PS. Do the modern tanks(connected to the fuselage,not the bombs alike ones) can be removed?I also failed in that as well

It’s in the fuel menu. If you key in the numbers on the left, you’ll get weapons.

yes.i can see that :rofl: but the values are in lbs while the right ones are in kgs and when i put them all as they are on the left,then i get nothing or maybe 1 pair of missiles and the rest is empty

I see pounds on both sides. Maybe cause I have everything set to imperial measurements?

Yeah I’ve been having issues with them actually. No matter what I can’t seem to make them disappear. Sometimes they’ll even appear mid flight. I can get the the F-16 to spawn without them then they’ll magically appear even after take off. Its quite odd.

Those “modern tanks” are called Conformal Tanks - I haven’t yet played around with the plane much but check the Payload Settings and see if they’re listed and if so, make sure any fuel quantity in them is zero. If they still appear after that, it might be some kind of internal fuel-transfer system bug that is triggering them.

That seems to be the case. Like I said I can get the plane to appear without them but then they’ll magically appear even mid flight.

If you are transferring fuel forward, aft, energize all pumps, etc, and have the CFT’s off, I have found it will add the CFT’s back on as it is filling the CFT’s up due to the transfer.
If you remove Exterior 1 and 2 (Drop Tanks), and Center 2 (CFT’s), and don’t change the fuel transfer switch, they will not return for the rest of the flight.

From what I have found you can use the fuel transfer switch on the bottom middle console by the ADI, for selecting between which tanks the engines use first, with no issue. CFT’s do not return using that.

Thanks. I’ll give that a go. Does sound a bit of an unnecessarily complicated fix though.
