Depending on the timeframe it may not be a bug, the APU is designed to automatically turn off 60 seconds after the Left Engine Generator comes online.
it didnt turn off after 60 seconds. It turn off almost immediately after I on. I cant even wait for the APU to run to 100%

Some how after restarting the game, the issue is gone.
