FBW A320n how to get IFR clearance after Simbrief route and stats import

Bump.

Thanks for this thread. I started using the A320FBW again this morning. Followed the tutorials and did a few flights. But I knew this “no IFR” problem existed.

Have been looking for a workaround. It appears that we need to build Simbrief plan, import that plan into the sims World map flight plan, spawn at the gate, import simbrief plan into MCDU.

That make sense?

On the other hand, setting sync to “None” and loading the plan into the World Editor allows for two important factors in my flight experience (at least at my current knowledge level):

Putting that setting on the Flypad to “none” is what made everything work. Load FP in world map, spawn at gate cold and dark, load up MCDU with FP. Everything worked after that.
