I’ll be doing a full walk through video here in about a week showing everything a little more in depth. Right now I just have a couple small things to button up, and then I want to get in and FLY this thing!
Here’s a link with a short video preview… https://www.youtube.com/shorts/rbnoTGWAlU4

Congratulations on your new home-cockpit build, looking fantastic, all you need now is a coffee cup and someone attractive on the next seat and possibly some fast food/sweets/crisps for those long flights.
As a married man this would be almost impossible task for me, I may have a home-cockpit but I will be homeless!

My wife, our 12 year old son, and (soon) my dad will have all tried it out with me. 9 times out of 10 it’ll just be me flying, but it was important to me that I make it fully flyable from both seats for those occasions where others wanted to join.

Haha, nice! Yeah luckily my wife was super supportive during the whole process, and she’s excited to do some flights with me. The goal is to get her and my son to where they can handle VATSIM comms which will make it a whole lot more enjoyable for them!
I’ve got the cup holder in there for the coffee cup, no tray table for the food though

This is so cool! I am looking at possibly making a home cockpit and am wondering approximately how much it cost to make something like this?

Coming soon… Just finished getting my Arduino set up and coded for the pilot/copilot side panel PTT buttons, and also the steering tiller wheel. I have a busy week coming up with work, but hoping maybe by the end of this week, but can’t make any promises. But soon…

Did you actually link the alpha’s?

No they aren’t linked to move along with each, but they both obviously work and can control the aircraft.
