I don’t get it, its not becoming a hot fix? Its not written very concise, “better approach is to implement the fix and then thoroughly test everything for the upcoming Sim Update 3” So is the fix connected to sim update 3 or not? It now only states that they will test everything thoroughly for sim update 3… There is no clear statement as when the fix will be implemented, I fear it not being a “hot”fix means sim update 3?
I find it unbelievable in the first place such gross errors are made and not rectified despite weeks of extra “polishing” and testing, but ok, errors are human, then it takes days since the update to acknowledge the problem and the users are suggested to dive into the .cfg files themselves in the meanwhile to solve what the Asobo team screwed up big time. Very weird way of doing business.
On the upside, they are finally working on more then just visual gimmicks… Now please kick the icing effect out of the sim next update and we at least have a workable product again.
