I am 69 year old retired ex-MSFT Tech having the same Syncing Data screen issues, but I honestly I don’t see any solution listed. What is the moderator saying after nearly 3 years there should be an obvious solution, but don’t see it anywhere here, Is there no answer to what causes it and how to resolve it:?
is it Firewall or antivirus issue?

This is been goin on for awhile now . This is the fix for when this happens
You have to do these 4:

*1) log out of Microsoft store account
*2) log out of Xbox app
*3) log out of Microsoft general account
4) restart pc

*log back in to the above 3

That’s the solution to when this happens .
