I haven’t figured out the current status:

If I buy it on the 2020 Marketplace do I also get it automatically (no extra charge) for 2024?

Personal Comments and Observations

You should have access to both versions yes. And it should work the other way as well.

Is this a native 2024 aircraft?

I feel a lot of questions could be preempted if there was a detailed release page somewhere? Anyone know if there is one?

Personal Comments and Observations

Both versions were coded in their respective SDKs - so TL;DR, yes.

Manual is here, along with a paint kit: FlightFX Cessna Citation X - Live Docs - MSFS2020 & MSFS2024 - Google Drive

Not in my marketplace… Is not available in all regions at the same time?

If you’re on 2024, apparently the 2024 Marketplace is ā€˜a little later’ - whether that is hours or days, is unclear.

Puts on FlightFX QA Hat

Hearing my own voice is still a little cringey, but I’m slowly getting used to it as part of my job at the studio. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Wait, is this you in the tutorial!?

Edit: The ā€œAJā€ part should’ve given it away when I listened to the beginning haha.

This is me, cringey voice and scratchy throat and ums and ahs all LOL

It is streaming after you buy it, anyway to download these airplanes locally?

A thing of beauty is a joy forever

I backed out of the SU3 beta. But if you’re in it, you can try to see if you can download it. I know First Party (MS/Asobo) and Dev Partner (i.e., aircraft the Partners built for the 2024 Launch) you can download.

Ah no worries, I am not on the beta just on SU2. Thanks for the tutorial, it was super helpful!

Are there working circuit breakers yet? Flightfx planes are so close to being extraordinary planes if they were just a little more in-depth. I’ll buy this anyway, I just wish and hope its more in-depth than their other planes. Looks GREAT though!!

I have to say I really appreciate being able to adjust things with the screws so that I can keep my eyes on the screens and out the windshield.
