FS Elite are reporting that FlightFX are working on an E145. We’re long overdue a decent ERJ, and with their track record I’m very excited about this! Expected early Q4 2025
From FlightFx, hopefully a decent rendition when it arrives.
Nearly tagged you when I posted it earlier, @Lochboisdale!
Didn’t spot that, still double (hopefully) good news is better ![]()
I’m very excited for this! Being FlightFX, there’s hope that it comes to Xbox too, which is awesome!
Excited for the E145-already imaging all the real world and fictional routes I’ll do with it upon release later this year.
I hope get FlightFX aircraft for career mode
I love flying regional jets in the sim. The 777 and upcoming A350 are awesome but I just don’t have any desire to do 3+ hour flights. I prefer 0.5-1.5 hour flights and this will be perfect for that type of flying. I hope to see more regionals in the future
I can’t wait to fly the 145, contour airlines has some interesting destinations in the USA with some short flights to West Virginia, so I can’t wait to visit those airports with the right aircraft ![]()
Yeah, hoping the FFX E145 will have a Contour livery available for route ops just like the shorties to WV.

It would require licensing to bundle actual airline and operator liveries.
More likely, the way that happens is through a Paint Kit (which has been included in every FFX project so far) and individual livery author efforts.
I hope FlightFX diversifies to other stores for PC. With the way MS/Asobo is handling the FS24 marketplace, I will just skip addons sold there exclusively.

We remain Marketplace exclusive.
That’s exactly what I’m looking for-community made liveries with the paint kit.
Unfortunately that’s a hard pass for me. Anything sold marketplace exclusively is automatically a no go. If it’s available outside of MP anywhere, and it’s a quality product, then I’d go for it.
3 posts were split to a new topic: Simfederation E145
I can’t wait for the ERJ-145. Piedmont Airlines flies them out of Salisbury Md which is a maintenance hub for them. I have flown on them and they are like little fighter jets. Very quick and responsive to pilot inputs.
@CasualClick - Now the C750 is released what does that suggest for the timeline of the E145?
Don’t forget they’re also working on the challenger 350 which looks further along than the 145
They need to make the P180 2024 ready too.
