I am not familiar how spadnext works. I exclusivley use axis and ohs. But the vars are always the same. If I find the time, I will check how complicated spadnext is and maybe post a screenshot of how to set it up. But no promises. maybe if there is a spadnext discord or so, you would find more help there?

Canāt thank you enough. Maybe Iāll get the axis/ohs software as well. It blows my mind how something as simple (to me) as the heading bug knob working within any aircraft is such a confusing issue. The sim builds, the add ons, the hardware is all so amazing, but a simple heading bug knob just wonāt compute. Silly. Thanks again Iāll keep working at it!
It has do to with the fact, that a lot of developers use their own variables for a lot of knob and switches, and then this doesnt work with the default ingame keybindings. A lot of people have therefore problems with such things, it is not just you.

FSS Developers are the worst most of their aircraft are faulty and support is unfriendly The B 727 F is faulty and does not work so many glitches The throttle arm and autopilot switch not working !!

Thatās unfortunate, I have this aircraft and it works fine.
It actually is one of my favorites.
I have the Ejets as well and it is a good product.
I would say they are pretty good developers myself.

100% agree! verry good developer. they release amazing planes that just work! and are regularly maintained and updated.

Flawless it is definitely not.
There are quite a few systems, animations and the flight model that require more work.
For me, I keep it in the hangar, at least for now.
BUT it looks like that FSS is trying to get the B727 into shape. Hopefully they will succeed.
Mine is also in the hanger. It is buggy, has an unrealistic flight model in some ways.
Couldnāt re-engage the autopilot the other day and had to hand fly for an hour.
Flight directors do not work properly.
With so many really āflawlessā aircraft to choose from (PMDG, Maddog, Fenix) I cant be bothered with the 727 (or MD11)
Itās funny how impressions can be different.
I just did a two hour flight, landing an ILS with rain and skies at 200 feet and had no problems of any kind.
Actually I was suitably impressed.
What issues do you see that need more work?

I fly the aircraft a lot and I have no problems with it.
I find it quite enjoyable to fly and no problems with autopilot.

Having flown 727s IRL for many years in all three seats I probably look at the current rendition of the FSS 727 with a different view.
I found issues with the electrical system, the hydraulic system, the pneumatic system, the autopilot, the flight model as well as the animations.
So for now I just take a fresh look at every new version of the 727 and see what has improved.

I"ll have to keep my eyes on what changes as well.
All my experiences in the 727 ( and there were quite a few) were in the seats way in back of where you were sitting!

I understand your point of view as for an ex-727 RL pilot but this is just not a study level aircraft and it comes with many shortcomings. However for me it flies from A to B very well and itās fun. Iāve watched some tutorial videos, I follow the checklists and I have no problems and for example autopilot behaves exactly as I expect.

People have different opinions about certain aircraft or simulators etc. And thatās fine. The main thing is that YOU enjoy it.
