I also realised today that with cabin turned off the dome light in the cockpit does not work. I always wondered why the upper panel is so bloody dark with Ambient LT knob turned all the way to the right.
I’ve seen this too, I have a Honeycomb setup, couldn’t get electrical power out of the APU, engine generator or ground power, and I turned the master switches on my Honeycomb to on, and all was good.
If anyone is still shooting long past their exit with the BTV autobrakes setting, make sure to retard the throttles when the retard callout starts, don’t wait for 2, 3 or more retard callouts before doing so. BTV seems to be quite accurate when throttling down at first opportunity.
According to the PFD, you are in HDG mode (green) with NAV mode armed (cyan).
On the MFD, you are right of your flight plan by a few nautical miles. Also, the prevailing wind is pushing you further right, so farther off track.
You can either adjust your heading to intercept the track and NAV will go active, or do a DIRECT TO your active waypoint which will cause a recalculation of your track and redraw it from your current location.
Yes I’m following the plan with HDG mode.
I tought going HDG toward the path would allow engaging Managed mode but eh, can’t do. Crossing the path also don’t engage NAV (sse image, passed the path). Anything to do with Level climb message ?
You’re NAV mode is armed because your track isn’t crossing the NAV mode desired track. Turn left until you cross the green line. I forget the tolerance but I think you need to be within 1nm of the track to capture.
What was your departure procedure? RNAV procedures usually have a waypoint on runway heading (or within IIRC 20degrees) to latch onto and NAV would have gone active on departure. If not you need to sequence, or use a “DIR TO from P.POS” to activate NAV.
