FSW mentioned on their Discord yesterday that a new update (3.3.0) has gone live, just in case anyone has missed it. It seems they’re not sending out emails to people anymore.

Simmarket is always behind when it comes to updates. Nothing FSW can do about that.
Having said that, they’re usually pretty quick to catch up. Just be patient I guess.
FSW very often intentionally waits to hand versions over to vendors like SimMarket. That might be the case again with 3.3.0. SimMarket is usually the very first vendor to have an update, JustFlight and Orbx are much slower (especially JF)

NEW FEATURES:
1. The GNS 530 panel's weather radar unit is now active and working. (Xbox users must wait for Asobo to get Wasm working)
2. The pilots yoke is now enabled to allow VR controllers to control the yoke.
UPDATES:
1. Altimeters no longer displays metric altitude but chaning the sims units to metric will change the inHg to hPa.
2. When capturing an altitude and within 10 to 50 feet the autopilot GFC600 will briefly no longer show a value of zero.
3. The right fuel cap hotspot was not working is now fixed.

To be honest I would have preferred this aircraft to have vertical speed rather than pitch adjustment. I feel really bad with this feature but I realize the real counterpart has this. By the way I’m on xbox so I can’t make any changes.

VS is not a feature of that old autopilot. The pitch adjustment works ok once you get used to it and you can still capture a selected altitude for a controlled climb or descent. Most PC users seem to fly the GTN variants that have the modern Garmin autopilot so this doesn’t impact a large portion of the users.

Yeah, it is quite a difficult experience on console.
That’s one of the real big downsides on console. Having to control almost everything from just the vc.

I will never buy from Simmarket again. Still no update when I checked one hour ago.

This horse is very well dead please… I’m not sure why it came back up, it’s been repeated over and over the real one has it.
But, in his defense, thing is, mirrors take resources in FS that I don’t need taken. So, just because it’s there in the real one, doesn’t mean us new owners would want to keep it. If I bought a house with a mirror over the bed, I’ve got the option to remove it. Would be nice if we had the option to remove it (we may, I haven’t looked at how it’s implemented in the textures).

Yep, as a paying customer there’s no reason to buy from a website that doesn’t release the update as soon as it’s ready. Won’t make that mistake again.
