Hope everyone had a nice Christmas! I would like to announce another aircraft in development by HamFam Simulations.
Let me introduce you to the Airbus A340-300! Some details are below.
Q.) How much will it cost?
A.) It will be freeware!
Q.) When is the release date?
A.) We are not 100% sure yet but sometime in 2024.
Q.) Will it be high-fidelity?
A.) That is our goal! If not then as close to real life as possible.
Q.) What does this mean for the 717?
A.) I am still working on it, don’t you worry! I decided to make this plane as well for fun.
Q.) How do I sign up for Alpha Testing?
A.) Alpha testing will begin in 2024 and you can sign up by joining our Discord Server (Discord) and navigating to #open-a-ticket and clicking the embed, and state that you would like to sign up for testing the aircraft.

One of my wildest 
dreams is to fly a Lufthansa A340-300 from Frankfurt to Detroit in the sim!

It will be nice to see a good quality A340 after the dissapointing one from LVFR (my expectations were quite low, but even those were not met).
Just too bad it is not a 600. Sure not a lot of them were sold in real life, but the 300 wasn´t exactly a hot cake either. And I´d say most Airbus lovers rate the A340-600 very much above the 300 in looks… (it is with the A350 my all around favourite).
Let´s wait and see. Hoping for the best.

I was content with the LVFR version. I just want a 600 version. Not sure why that one, the biggest main one, wasn’t done first. It’s like picking an opener of the main band when the demand is there for the more popular later.
