Now that KACV has been released, I can share a little preview of early testing for KOAR, another small but fun and significant coastal California airport. Marina was the former airfield component of Fort Ord, and is now a GA field with facilities for Joby Aviation and a popular skydiving outfit. It is a short flight from both KMRY and KSNS.
There are no Monterey cypress trees in MSFS, so I made a few to liven up the place.
A lot of progress. Added fencing, utilities, airfield clutter, many trees, redid some large hangar models, and added the distinctive local street lights. Getting close!

Update posted today. I improved one of the hangar models that users said looked too weird.
I have also added an accompaniment scenery to enhance the VFR landmarks and appearance of the Monterey area in general.
